Q.  Can payment be made by cheque?
A.  Due to the cost and time in clearing we are unable to accept cheques. We will however accept payment by Bank Draft provided it is made out in Thai Baht. Please complete the Order Enquiry form stating you wish to pay by this method and we will send you a quote.

Q.  Does the bronze tableware contain any lead?
A.  No. It is made from an alloy of tin and copper.

Q.  How do I place an order?
A.   Please complete the Order Enquiry form, you will find a link to this on each of the product pages.

Q.  How will I know when my order will be delivered?
A.  When we receive your order we will send you an e-mail with an anticipated shipment date. Once your order is complete we will send a further e-mail providing you with a tracking number. Depending on your country shipping is normally between 3 and 5 days.

Q.  What if my order is broken or damaged when it is delivered?
A.  All products are professionally packed to avoid damage and fully insured against damage in transit. When possible inspect for damage on delivery, before signing the delivery slip, notifying us as soon as possible with details including details of any visible damage to the external packing. If you have a digital camera please also e-mail photographs. Goods damaged or broken in transit will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the Insurer's appointed agent at no cost to you. Goods damaged or broken whilst in transit will be replaced or repaired, at the discretion of the Insurers appointed agent, with no cost to the Customer.
