Ordering
To
place an order please complete the Order Enquiry form, this can be
found below each product's details, and we will send you a shipping
quote by e-mail.
When items are to be made to order we normally ask for an initial deposit of 30% of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) with the balance payable once your goods are ready for shipment, (for further information please go to Terms and Conditions).
Payment

Payment, in US Dollars, can be made by any of the following:- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands. We currently offer a choice of 12 major currencies- US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Danish Kroner, Euro, GBP-Sterling, Hong Kong Dollars, Japanese Yen, New Zealand Dollars, Norwegian Kroner, Swedish Kroner, Swiss Francs.
2CheckOut.com Inc. also supports payment by PayPal in Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen and US Dollar.

Due to the time and cost involved in clearing foriegn currency cheques we are only able to accept these in Thai Baht. Please note that goods will not be shipped
until we have received satisfactory clearance from our Bankers.
Shipping
All prices, unless stated otherwise, published on our website include professional packing in wooden casing, all-risks shipping insurance, air freight, Customs clearance and delivery to your door for many Asian countries, Australia and New Zealand. Additional charges will usually apply to other countries. For many countries, such as the USA, Australia and Europe, fumigation of the wooden crate is required. Not included are any import duties, taxes etc. incurred at the port of entry, in some circumstances an additional charge may be made by the Carrier for Customs clearance.Air Freight
For many countries, including most of Europe and the USA, we are able to arrange comparatively cheap rates up to 500 kgs per item. For other countries sea freight can often be a viable alternative for large items/orders.Sea Freight
Normally only recommended for large items/consignments. We will usually quote on a door-to-port basis although we can, for most countries, arrange a quote for Customs clearance and delivery to your address in addition to the cost of sea freight if requested. However, it is recommended that you obtain a quote from within your country for this service.Road Freight
Available to Malaysia and Singapore. This method will result in a reduction in the prices shown where these prices make allowance for air freight.
All goods shipped will carry "all risks" insurance.
NOTE: You are responsible for any Customs clearance charge and import duties, taxes etc. incurred at the port of entry. You, as the importer, are also responsible for ensuring that the goods ordered are not considered as restricted or banned by the Country to which they are to be imported. We can accept no liability or responsibility for goods being refused entry or impounded or confiscated.
